Purchased the 6" pink swegway for my Daughters Birthday early September 2016. Delivery and service was prompt and no issues.
However, upon my Daughter opening her present on her Birthday, she was able to use the board for only 5 days until it developed a fault.
Customer service dealt with this ok, however having to explain we only had the board in use for 5 days was a slight challenge as they had dispatched almost 2 weeks previously. Anyway, we packed up the board and this was collected and returned for repair. The board was away for repair longer than anticipated and correspondence with customer service was not good. We have received the board back but still await report as to what the issue was and what action was taken to repair. I am not fully convinced that there will be no further faults. Having advised all above, my Daughter loves her hover board and hopefully there will be no further issues.
We ordered the pink swegway as an Xmas present for our daughter, delivery was swift within 48hrs and we ordered over the weekend. We are very pleased with the product and can't wait to see her face on Xmas day.
I bought the pink swegway for my daughter she loves it and picked it up in around 5 minutes.
It was delivered very quickly (next day) packaged very well and was fully charged which was a bonus.

We ordered the swegway for our daughters birthday and she loves this. The ordering process was very easy and having only ordered the swegway online on the Sunday night it arrived on the Tuesday afternoon. We received updates as to the delivery progress and was impressed all round by the great customer service.
I bought my daughter a pink iswegway in May 2016, the charger broke almost straight away so I requested a new one which was sent and it broke again a month later, I have called and explained the situation to be told if I wanted a new charger I would have to buy one. There is clearly a problem with the Chargers they are cheap and poor quality
I purchased a pink swegway for my 10 year daughter as a treat for the summer, she took about 5 minutes to get used to it and that was her , she was out and about with it. All her friends are now pestering their parents to buy them one (so I am not a popular parent at the moment)
Delivery was fast and the product arrived in perfect condition.
Only issue is that when charging it continues to make a beeping sound, not sure if this is normal or not?
We bought our niece a Pink iSwegway and she has not stopped using it ever since. The delievery was on time and in perfect condition. We are buying our nephew another one for his birthday.
Fantastic! Delivery was swift and prompt my daughter absolutely loves her pink swegway and can't stop thanking me, a little bit confused with the charger point is plugging in to charge it seems a bit difficult but other than that I'm over the moon with my purchase and even thinking of getting another one but red for my other daughter ☺
This has gone wrong she had used it in doors for 1 week the black strip has gone off the side and the board is juddering and keeps stopping !
I just bought this for my niece who wanted a pink one at Christmas, but there was so much bother of cheap ones catching fire etc. I didn't know where to buy one that was safe. So I thought I'd leave it and get her one for her birthday (if they where still popular with the kids) now after carefully checking out the various retailers I found one that safety checks them before they send them out and are recommended by the British press and PC Advisor. I purchased a classic one in Pink and when she opened it and found out it was Bluetooth as well I was officially the best uncle there is. isegway didn't even mention the blue tooth in the round up of features. It just goes to show they don't need to show their features to sell their products, the safety aspect does that for them!
Received Hooverboard for my daughter on birthday. It's great, easy to ride and long battery capacity. Good service from seller.
