Bought this for the kids for Christmas, got in early to budget for it. Obviously had to have a cheeky little go! For quality purposes only! Love it, if they where a little cheaper I'd get another. Intuitive to use I'm sure the 6 and 8 year old would say the same after Christmas. Easy to order and standard delivery arrived next day with money off for next order. Can't ask for more than that! Hope it stands the test of time.

This is the second Swegway I have purchased from iswegway.com and it has been an easy, fast process. Delivery was swift. The first Swegway I purchased, my daughter was having problems with it not calibrating properly, I rung the customer services line and was sent a YouTube video (emailed whilst I was still on the line) which was easy to follow and fixed the problem! The segway arrived within 48 hours as they suggested and my girls love it and they are on it all the time and so far so good no issues at all.My kids really wanted one of these but I was worried buying it online after reading so many incident such it catches fire or it gets damaged very quickly. However I was recommended this website buy a friend so trusted there judgment and ordered it and now am so glad I ordered it from this website

My son loves his and hasn't stopped using it. We found the instructions easy to follow. The only issue we have is the lack of information about stickers or covers for it to stop the damage when in use, while this isn't bad my son was a little upset as it was brand new we have now ordered covers but it would have been nice to know.

Heard lots of negative reports about swegways. I couldn't be happier with the product and service. Placed the order Wednesday before 3pm and true to website it arrived the next day. Great product would definitely recommend.

not 5 star at all but won't let me change the rating! Hoverboard arrived broken 10 days ago. Being ignored by everyone in customer service to arrange a collection and refund. Bought for children (12&9 years old) they absolutely love it as well as myself. It's fun to use. It cost a lot but over all it's worth.

Was a little disappointed when the swegway did not arrive on time however I did receive a text and customer services were very helpful.
My son loves the swegway and is out on it every day; one small issue with the plastic strips provided, these do not stick well and we may have to superglue them to the board as they simply refuse to hold.
All in all, a good product with good service.

My son was delighted to receive a Swegway for his 11th Birthday. Ordered online no problem. Although I thought I'd left ordering it too late to arrive in time for his Birthday I was very happy it came in a few days beforehand. Abit disappointed not to receive a bag for it though.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday and she loves it. She has lots of fun on it. It is easy to use although beyond my balance. It took much longer to be delivered than what I was told. I phoned them to be told there was a delay. Is a phone call or e-mail from the company to explain this too much to ask for?

Brilliant hoverboard. Good quality, came in the time stated and it's been well used in a short space of time.

Great service, arrived 2 days after ordering. My son has not been off it (think he may have forgot how to walk!!). Even my husband has been on it and he's not light and went just as fast. Still not needed to charge battery and been over a week. Must say it was fab that it arrived fully charged so it was out of the box and being ridden within 5 mins!! Would recommend to everyone.

Very pleased with the board - my son is loving it. Quick efficient delivery. Only dissapointment was the box our board came in said it should have had a travel bag with it and there was none in the box, but I could pay more to buy one separately !!!

The hoverboard is everything my Son hoped it would be which was bought for his birthday.

We had a major issue with the delivery of the item though. Delivery was paid for (24 hour) and was expected on the Monday in good time to be in place for Wednesday. However upon checking the progress on delivery I found out the item had not been collected. I contacted the company and a reason was given and delivery expected for Tuesday. No sign of it during Tuesday so I called again and was given a different reason with a delivery on Thursday. I found this to be unresponsive and so tried to escalate this but was met with unwelcome humour. After complaining through the website a delivery was promised for Thursday which duly arrived in the allocated delivery timeslot. However repayment of the delivery charge has not yet been received.

The hover board arrived eventually after lots of emails and phone calls payed for Saturday delivery but arrived 2 weeks later never got refunded for paying extra postage however the board is very good

We payed £300 for it month ago and it didn't come , we lost £300 . The website is now gone and the telephone number don't work .
NOW ... I swegway , we ordered it and two days later it was at our door , we had a tex off the courier company telling us what time to expect it and there it was ... Really pleased with the board , had previously sent one back to another company, but this one is so much more responsive. Delivery was quick and efficient, I have one happy ten year old .would definitely recommend.

Its very safe I bought 2 one for my son and one for my daughter they both love it!(i also hade a try on it and its very fast) I recommend it for everyone its realy fun to ride and its fun for the hole family.

Great service and great product - my son has been on it on and off for 4 days now and still not needed to recharge! He is very tall and was worried it wouldn't cope with his weight (94 kilo's) but works as fast with him as anyone else. Even I got the hang of it quickly although do have a bruised foot for trying to spin on it!

Generally very pleased with the product - my 11 year old loves it. Service was good and delivery prompt. Only criticism is that we ordered Blue and the unit that arrived was purple.

Swift delivery, didn't need charging on arrival, only just charging now for the first time after two weeks of regular use. Happy teenager in my house! (I've had a sneaky go too myself and thoroughly recommend it.)

I purchased a swegway for my daughter and took some time selecting the company that reassured me it wouldn't be one that blew up and caught fire. Whilst we are now happy that the actual machine we bought is a solid well made piece of kit that our daughter loves, unfortunately we failed to get a blue one and when an alternative arrived it was a week late after having paid the extra for 24 hour delivery. We did get our delivery costs refunded but I constantly had to chase some very polite and very helpful customer service representatives. 5* for the kit but only 2.5* for delivery.

My son loves othe swegway and we have been very happy with it. When I ordered it it stated on the offer it came with a free bag. I also rang up to check we were getting a bag for it and she said we would if that's what was on the order. Disappointed we didn't get one. Please send one.

We bought the blue Segway for our son who's 10 for his Xmas present, he loves riding it and didn't take him long to master how to use it, even his younger sister who's 6 found it easy to use. After hearing all the story's about bad ones being sold, we made sure to get one from a reputable company and we even spoke to them over the phone who reassured us. The Segway is of a high quality and would recommend purchasing from this supplier.

Bought this for my eldest daughter as a birthday present and is safe to say she loves it. Also had my youngest daughter on it too and she has become quite speedy on it! Daughters friends love it too and i have also had a go and love it! Takes a bit of time to get going first try but now i am qute a pro! Very safe and would reccomend good quality!

I bought this for my 11 year old Son's Christmas and he loves it, he got to grips with it very quickly and is never off of it.....even indoors! I was really worried about buying this item due to all the bad reports about them going on fire but so glad I bought it from this company as they really put my mind at ease with it having a fuse etc, when I emailed thinking the plug wasn't BS standard.
